Service Description
Training Registration Day + CPR Required for all enrolled Phlebotomy and Clinical Medical Assistant students prior to the start of class. Join us for your official Training Registration Day, beginning at 10:00 AM, followed by CPR/BLS training at 10:30 AM. During registration, students will: * Review the full course structure and what to expect during training * Review attendance requirements, cancellations, rescheduling fees, and exam policies * Sign required policies, procedures, and training consent forms * Review national certification exam expectations * Register for exam access * Select and book the live remote proctor for exam day * Receive their scheduled national certification exam date and time * Review online self-study expectations and practice exam requirements * Learn about certification renewal requirements, including the two-year renewal cycle * Ask questions before the first day of training Important: Students enrolled in Phlebotomy and/or Clinical Medical Assistant training must attend Registration Day before beginning class. Our goal is to make sure every student starts training knowing exactly what to expect—from the first day of class through national certification. Registration: 10:00 AM CPR/BLS: 10:30 AM

Cancellation Policy
## Tuition Payment & Attendance Policy * Full tuition payment is due on or before the first day of class unless prior payment arrangements have been approved by Innovative Healthcare Training. * Students who arrive for the first day of class without paying their remaining balance will not be permitted to attend class until payment is received. * All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total tuition balance. * Students who fail to attend their scheduled class, withdraw after the class start date, or are considered a "no-show" will forfeit all payments made, including deposits and tuition payments. * No refunds will be issued for missed classes, voluntary withdrawals, or failure to complete the program. * Students may request to transfer to a future class date prior to the start of class, subject to availability and any applicable rescheduling fees. By registering for a course, students acknowledge and agree to these payment and attendance policies.
