Rasha Okuboye is a dedicated wife, mother, and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the medical field. A Clearwater, Florida native, she graduated from Clearwater High School in 2004 and furthered her education at Central Florida Institute, specializing in the laboratory department. Rasha began her career as a lab assistant in a hospital setting and later advanced to the role of outpatient lab supervisor.

Throughout her journey, Rasha recognized the growing demand for medical technicians and developed a passion for training individuals in the field. Her commitment to community impact led her to co-found Innovative Healthcare Training with her longtime friend, Devon Charlemagne. Together, they provide aspiring medical professionals with the skills and knowledge to excel in various medical careers, focusing on phlebotomy and CPR/BLS training.

Devon Charlemagne is an experienced medical assistant instructor, licensed massage therapist, and co-founder of Innovative Healthcare Training. Born in Clearwater, Florida, and a mother of three, Devon graduated from Clearwater High School in 2004 and attended Ultimate Medical Academy in 2005. With over 18 years in the healthcare field, Devon began her career as a medical assistant, later advancing to hospital work where she also performed phlebotomy.

In 2020, she opened her first wellness center as a licensed massage therapist but later realized her passion was in teaching rather than providing services. She closed her business after three years to partner with longtime friend Rasha Okuboye, co-founding Innovative Healthcare Training. Together, they aim to help individuals excel in the medical industry, whether as employees or entrepreneurs. Devon’s unique expertise and experience bring a high level of encouragement and inspiration to her students.
