How often are classes held? All classes are held once per month, Testing is also scheduled once per month.

Are deposits refundable? No, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

What if I need to reschedule? There is $50 rescheduling fee.

Are payment plans available? At this time, we only offer in house payment plans that must be paid in full prior to the 1st day of class.

What if I fail my 1st attempt when taking national exam? You have to wait minimum 30 days to reschedule, and fee is $250 that students are required to pay when ready to retest.

Do I have to have participate in blood draws and finger sticks? Yes, all students are required to have full participation in onsite training. we do not recommend taking this class if you are unable to handle blood, and specimen handling.

Do you offer job placement? No, we only offer job research assistance. We provide interview etiquette and resume building skills class at an additional cost. we only post job opportunities in our student group and or our social media platform.
