**Phlebotomy Refresher, Skills & Certification Renewal** Has your phlebotomy certification lapsed, or do you need a refresher to rebuild your knowledge, skills, and confidence? This refresher is designed for previously trained phlebotomists who want a combination of **lecture review, hands-on skills practice, CEUs, and certification support.** Your refresher includes: • Continuing Education Units (CEUs) • Infection control and patient safety review • Patient identification • CLSI order of draw • Tube additives and common laboratory tests • Vein selection and palpation • Butterfly and straight-needle techniques • Venipuncture practice • Specimen handling and processing • Common collection errors and complications • Lecture review • Hands-on skills confidence building **Previous Innovative Healthcare Training Students** If you previously completed your training with Innovative Healthcare Training and hold an AMCA Phlebotomy Technician certification, your refresher includes your required CEUs and assistance with the AMCA certification renewal process. **Need National Certification?** If you did not complete your original training with Innovative Healthcare Training and need to become nationally certified, an additional **$250 certification package** is required. The additional package includes: • Phlebotomy study guide • Online self-study and exam preparation • National certification exam • AMCA Phlebotomy Technician certification upon successfully passing the exam This is a great option if you have been out of the field, feel rusty with your skills, need CEUs, want to renew your certification, or simply want more confidence before returning to phlebotomy.
