Service Description
Our AHA Instructor Course is designed for healthcare professionals, educators, and leaders ready to teach CPR/BLS courses under American Heart Association (AHA) guidelines. This program equips you with the skills, materials, and confidence to train others in life-saving techniques — whether in a clinical setting, workplace, or classroom. 🧠 What You'll Learn: AHA Instructor roles, responsibilities, and guidelines How to conduct CPR/BLS classes for healthcare and non-healthcare audiences Proper skills evaluation and testing procedures Use of AHA eCards, manuals, and instructor materials Class management, student assessment, and certification issuance 🗓️ Course Format & Schedule: One-Day In-Person Training CPR/BLS Provider Card Required to Enroll Includes hands-on teaching practice + instructor candidate workbook Held Quarterly | Time: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM 📍 Location: Holiday, Florida

Cancellation Policy
## Tuition Payment & Attendance Policy * Full tuition payment is due on or before the first day of class unless prior payment arrangements have been approved by Innovative Healthcare Training. * Students who arrive for the first day of class without paying their remaining balance will not be permitted to attend class until payment is received. * All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total tuition balance. * Students who fail to attend their scheduled class, withdraw after the class start date, or are considered a "no-show" will forfeit all payments made, including deposits and tuition payments. * No refunds will be issued for missed classes, voluntary withdrawals, or failure to complete the program. * Students may request to transfer to a future class date prior to the start of class, subject to availability and any applicable rescheduling fees. By registering for a course, students acknowledge and agree to these payment and attendance policies.
