Service Description
Our Phlebotomy Technician program combines clinical skill training with national certification preparation. Students learn: • Venipuncture technique • Patient identification and safety • Specimen processing and handling • Order of draw and tube additives • Complication management • Infection control standards Program includes: • 1 Zoom lecture (exam concepts) • 2 in-person clinical training sessions • National certification exam prep • AMCA certification eligibility ⚠️ This is an accelerated program designed for motivated adult learners. Independent study is required.

Cancellation Policy
## Tuition Payment & Attendance Policy * Full tuition payment is due on or before the first day of class unless prior payment arrangements have been approved by Innovative Healthcare Training. * Students who arrive for the first day of class without paying their remaining balance will not be permitted to attend class until payment is received. * All deposits are non-refundable and are applied toward the total tuition balance. * Students who fail to attend their scheduled class, withdraw after the class start date, or are considered a "no-show" will forfeit all payments made, including deposits and tuition payments. * No refunds will be issued for missed classes, voluntary withdrawals, or failure to complete the program. * Students may request to transfer to a future class date prior to the start of class, subject to availability and any applicable rescheduling fees. By registering for a course, students acknowledge and agree to these payment and attendance policies.
